We have a fantastic opportunity for a Wedding and Events Manager to join my clients busy and successful team at a Luxury Hotel on the Cornish Coast.

This is a stunning venue offering the perfect setting for weddings, conferences, accommodation and corporate events.

You must have excellent communication, teamwork, customer service and proactive organisational skills.

Previous experience in a similar, event planning role is essential.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Dealing with enquiries from potential clients regarding weddings or events at the venue
• Conducting show rounds for potential clients
• Ensuring all enquiries are followed up on
• Keeping in touch with clients in the run up to the event
• Ensure client payments are up to date before the event
• Liaise with Operational team to ensure all event details are handed over and that service is delivered to an exceptional standard on the day
• Meet with clients on the day of the event
• Be present during events and ensure the most organised and memorable day for all clients
• Carry out post event calls to all events to ensure client satisfaction

This is a highly important role as accuracy and execution are key!! You will work alongside the F&B Manager and Chefs.

This is a full time permanent role offering an annual salary depending on experience between £24,000 - £28,000 per annum plus tips and company benefits.

Own transport required due to location of the Resort
Live in accommodation possible, charges apply of £50 per week including food.
