Warehouse Operative in Launceston

Our client is looking for a Warehouse Operative, based in a natural fibre manufacturer in Launceston to join their team with immediate effect.

Monday - Thursday - 6am - 5pm - NO FRIDAYS (Long weekend off) Weekly ongoing. 

You MUST be able to drive as you're unable to get there via public transport. 

The role is very physical - This is a requirement that you must be physically fit to cope with the role - If you're looking for a challenge this would be for you. 

Rate

• £11 an hour

The Position

• A mixed role of learning the woollen spinning frame and carding machines.
• Helping unload deliveries and rack, stack and load them.
• Keeping work area clean and tidy
• Work at a quick pace to keep up with a busy team as this operation works at a very high volume.

The Candidate

• Must have good communication skills as you will be working within a team, a positive can-do attitude is a must.
• Will need to have worked in a busy warehouse environment. 
• You need to be physically fit as the role can be demanding.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
