What will I be doing:
As a Waking Night Support Worker you will play a huge and rewarding role in supporting individuals with a learning disability to live their lives as independently as possible. It is essential that you are friendly so you can build a close relationship with our service users. Working nights, you will administer medications, support Service Users with their evening and morning routines, keep records of your work up-to-date and ensure the environment is clean and well-organised.

Due to ongoing expansion and a growing list of clients waiting to access our services, we’re looking for a number of Waking and Sleeping night Support Workers to join our friendly team.

We are looking for people who:
• Believe in being respectful, courteous, caring and compassionate
• Have excellent communication skills with a friendly approach to clients, colleagues and visitors
• Preferably have experience of working with learning disabilities, but it’s not essential.
