We are currently seeking a Trainee Account Manager to start with immediate effect in the St Austell area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company, learn the dynamics of an office environment, pick up industry and process knowledge and progress to a Customer Service Account Manager providing excellent service to our customers.
Main Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain and develop effective working relationships with customers to create and identify further business opportunities.
• Identify and generate new sales value through customer relations.
• Providing support to the Sales team
• Project Management of key accounts from enquiry / quotation stage through to completion
• Liaise internally with appropriate departments in order to facilitate the customers’ requirements within their expectations whilst managing internal expectations.
• Ensure physical, and electronic works instructions are updated and maintained with any complex instructions.
• Liaise with external suppliers regarding deliveries of goods.
• Ensure produced invoices for work undertaken is completed accurately and on time as per the companies invoicing requirements.
• Ensuring all projects are completed to budget and schedule
Full support and training will be provided, candidates must have good IT skills, ability to communicate well with colleagues and customers alike, confidence to get involved and a desire to progress. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.00pm with a 30 minute break.
