Offering supported living and residential care services, we use a range of approaches to empower individuals, help them to be as independent as possible and nurture their potential with dignity and respect.

We are currently looking for Support Workers to support two gentlemen moving into their new homes in early April between Helston and Hayle. This role involves covering day shifts between 7am-10pm and waking night shifts between 10pm-7am.

The Role

As a Support Worker, you will support two gentlemen to move into their new homes, both of which have learning disabilities and one of which has epilepsy.

Supporting them within their own homes and out in the community, you will ensure their dignity is maintained through personal care and enable them to maintain relationships. You will safely support them if they become distressed, enabling them to enjoy life.

The individuals you will provide person-centred support to both enjoy being outdoors, love the beach and enjoy listening to music and gardening.

Please note, these roles are conditional upon receiving a satisfactory enhanced DBS check and subsequent registration to the DBS update services, eligibility to work in the UK and two satisfactory references.
