Support Worker

Location: Plymouth
Hourly Rate: £9.60-£9.90 per hour
Hours: Part-time/20 hours per week

We are currently looking for a Support Worker to join an existing team supporting a lady within her own home and out in the community.

In this role you will be working as part of a wider team, role modelling outstanding person-centred care for the individual. You will be promoting the individual’s independence, and maintaining and promoting life skills, as well as supporting their health and well-being needs and requirements.

Requirements for the role: For occupational requirement reasons we are looking to appoint a female only for this post (Exemption under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9).

A driver's license is essential for this role.

The successful applicant will be working 20 hours on the following rota:

Week 1:
Tuesday 8am-6pm
Wednesday 1pm-6pm
Friday 1pm-6pm
Saturday 8am-6pm

Week 2:
Wednesday 1pm-6pm
Friday 1pm-6pm
