My client, an award winning Restaurant and bar operation based in the very heart of Plymouth's busy dining scene are seeking an experienced Sous chef to join their team and to help take the operation even further forward.
Working alongside this accomplished head chef and another sous chef, you will be responsible for the day to day running of this operation that can cater for up to 200 covers lunch and dinner at peak. You also have a passionate and hungry team of 5 working with you to make everything happen. The aim here is simple, to produce fantastic food at realistic prices.
You will have a proven track record in good quality establishments where the food is consistently high on all levels.
The position is offering an amazing starting salary of £28k per annum along with a share of the Tronc/Tips that can equate to £6-7k per year, taking the package to at least £34-35k for the right candidate.
