My client is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a busy kitchen brigade at a 2 Rosette Restaurant in Truro.
The successful candidate will be able to remain calm and professional under pressure whilst supporting the kitchen team. You must have a willingness to learn as well as a passion and a flare for cooking and presenting food.
The ideal candidate must be able to maintain the high standards of the kitchen.
This is a busy hotel and 2 Rosette restaurant situated in Truro town centre. Full time permanent role working 5 days out of 7 however flexibility within the role is desired.
IMMEDIATE START Annual salary up to £29,000 depending on experience plus a share of service charge approx £3000 per year
