Berry Recruitment is currently seeking a Sous Chef for a busy café in Redruth. As a Sous Chef you will be required to run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, help in preparation and design of all food menus, produce high quality plates both design and taste wise and ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.

This is a permanent Full time position - 5 days per week including weekend as per rota +/- 35 hours

Working hours are 8.30am- 5pm
