Cornwall Staff Agency are looking for an aspirational and talented senior Chef de partie to work in a fantastically located restaurant in Falmouth that has a fantastic reputation for locally soured and perfectly cooked produce.

Our client based in Falmouth are looking for passionate, skilled Senior Chef de parties to join their team on an immediate basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering high standard dishes.

You will need to be motivated with a drive to excel in this role. Within this role you will be set with ensuring the highest levels of food safety and food hygiene are adhered to, whilst keeping up to date records and documenting working practices.

As Senior Chef De Partie you will:

• Have experience of working in professional kitchens for 1years
• Be able to do deal with high pressure situations and deliver outstanding, exquisite food
• Have ability of running your own section
• Cook to a consistently high level
• Help and support all members of the kitchen team
• Be organised
• Staying calm under pressure
