Senior Office Administrator

As Senior Administrator you will be supporting the operational needs of this busy financial practice ensuring the administration and back-office operations are well supported.

You will support in all aspects of office management including diary management, arranging appointments, client communications, preparing letters, presentations, and reports, ordering stationery and assisting the Partner with marketing administration.

Additionally, you will be preparing all documentation for meetings and you will need to ensure that business obtained is processed accurately and efficiently using office and bespoke systems.
You will be dealing with clients and third parties daily, providing a high level of technical and administrative support, responding to client enquiries.
After an initial period of training to learn new processes and skills you will provided with a solid foundation for a career within a Financial Services Practice.

It would be useful, but not essential, to have worked in a Financial Services or professional service environment or have a financial background.
Relevant qualifications/experience in Business Administration or Microsoft Office package would be a distinct advantage.
