We are currently seeking a Secretary within the Property sector to start as soon as possible in the Truro area.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity to assist with the Lettings operations of a well-known property management company. Working hours will be Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm with occasional meetings on a Saturday.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Property viewings
• Timely response to client enquiries
• Effective Diary Management
• Prepare Inventories and reports on property conditions
• Liaise with contractors regaging maintenance
• Carry out inspections
• Input Accounting Data
• Carry out tenant referencing
• Produce Tenancy Agreements
