Our client, an award-winning restaurant set in a stunning location near Truro are seeking to appoint a Restaurant Supervisor to join their busy team.

Our client is hoping for someone who has at least 2 years work experience in a fine dining background, up to 1 rosette standard however training can be provided.

You will have the following amazing attributes:

• Great customer service skills
• Restaurant bar experience with a smile at all times
• Preferred rosette background in a supervisory capacity
• A good knowledge of wines and beers/spirits and some cocktails
• Barista trained and can make fantastic coffees
• Must drive due to location
• Can work well under pressure and within a busy team

The role is offering an excellent starting salary, along with the opportunity to earn a good service charge each week.
