My client in Truro is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their Management Team, with an immediate start.

As Restaurant Manager you will be coordinating daily restaurant management operations therefore you must be very well organised, have great attention to detail and manage a team and ensure the staff are fully trained, and organisation of rotas and holidays, and have a keen interest in improving business.

You will have a warm personality and create a wonderful dining atmosphere whilst delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Restaurant Manager responsibilities also include maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

Full time permanent position offering an annual salary of £27,500 - £30,000 depending on experience, plus a share of the 7.5% service charge.

Based in Truro City Centre, no accommodation available therefore must be able to commute and have own transport due to early starts and late finishes
