Restaurant Manager in Newquay

Berry Recruitment is currently seeking a Restaurant Manager for an iconic Restaurant in luxury in Newquay area. We are looking for a person to lead all aspects of our business, provide a high-quality service and motivate staff.
As a Restaurant Manager you will have to ensure effective control of stock and staff cost, observe and comply with cleaning rotas, health & safety, food & hygiene regulation. Good candidate will ensure a good working relationship with all departments and follow the hotel policies.
Requirements:
-Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
-Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
-Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
