An opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to work on nights. The home is divided into a General Nursing Unit and a specialist Dementia Care facility, with a Registered Manager and Clinical Lead heading each unit.Established in 1989, we are a family run business. Good road and rail connections and a thriving local community.Job DescriptionWorking in a purpose-built environment we aim to motivate and support our staffDeliver clinical excellence through direct nursing care as part of a professional well-established team.Organise, provide and be accountable for nursing care of residents within the Nursing Home, according to agreed policies.Good effective communication with family’s friends and visiting professionals.Prioritise workload, delegate work load to Senior Care AssistantsCarry out nursing care to the highest quality standard according to the homes policies and proceduresTo order administer and record medications to the legal standard.Maintain health and safety within the home reporting any concerns to the Management including maintenance of equipmentMaintain the dignity respect and individuality of the residentsMaintain Safeguarding PolicyGiving and receiving reports at the beginning and end of a shift.Promote a positive working atmosphere.
