Recruitment Coordinator in Truro

Our client, a county-wide authority with offices based in Truro, is seeking a new Recruitment Coordinator to join their team.

This role is primarily to coordinate the recruitment process of the internal and external workforce.

What we offer:

• £9.90 per hour.
• Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
• Full time position with ASAP starts.
• Contract to be reviewed on a 12-weekly basis until more formal arrangements are established
• DBS (if you don’t have one, we can process)

The role:

• We need someone that has excellent time management skills, attention to detail, effective communication skills.
• To be competent with all Microsoft programmes.
• This role also includes management and coordination of agency applications, orders, interviews and timesheets as well as external recruiting.

You will need to:

• Be an effective communicator
• Experience with providing administrative support within a busy office and working within a customer focused environment
• Flexibility
• Be an effective communicator, self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative.
• A driver’s licence (preferable)
