I have a new opportunity for you to work as a key member in one of Cornwall’s iconic Brands. Working within the HR department, you will support the operations teams in attraction, retention, and recruitment of their new employees.

Your responsibilities will include.
• Setting up and maintaining an effective Applicant Tracker System (ATS)
• Creative advertising of job vacancies with effective use of social media
• Continuous improvement of recruitment processes
• Shortlisting and interviewing candidates
• Developing and updating job descriptions and writing job ad’s
• Work closely with managers on recruitment needs and report on progress
• On boarding and induction management

Skills required
• Excellent writing skills
• Recruitment/hr experience and knowledge·
• Systems and organisational ability
• Digital/social media savvy
• Creative approach and must be a team player

The role is offered on a part-time basis which can be worked over 3 full days or 5 mornings per week.
