Berry Recruitment are currently looking for a number of QA Technicians to join a friendly and successful company based near Truro.

The company have several exciting projects lined up to work on.

Main responsibilities will include:

*Undertake pre-pour and post-pour inspections under direction of the QA Supervisor and as required by the Production Supervisors
*Record findings accurately using company standard procedures
*Record accurately any non-conformance and provide details of the root cause to your line manager
*Be able to work independently and manage your time effectively to complete the required daily checks so as not to affect or delay production
*Work as part of the QA Team and strive to assist with continuous improvement of the department and wider business
*Identify opportunities within the factory environment for process improvement
*Be flexible with working hours to accommodate production requirements
*Undertake training as and when required
*Be responsible for their own and others Health & Safety as far as is possible

The working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
In return the company are offering an annual salary around £23k depending on experience.
