Purchase Ledger Assistant
Full Time – Permanent

This role will see you working within a fast paced production company who have a great reputation of not only the quality of their produce but how they look after their employees.
Duties will include;
Accounts payable duties such as entering purchase invoices onto the accounting system and obtain relevant authorisation signatures and matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes. You will ensure that purchase orders are processed and also support the wider Finance Team with administration duties and reporting if and when required.
In order to be successful in this role you will need to be AAT Level 2 qualified or nearly qualified. You will also need experience of dealing with multiple suppliers and have strong IT skills including Accounting systems and Microsoft Excel. You will be able to self-prioritise your work load and also be a team player.
This role will be working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
