My client is seeking a Property Services Scheduler on a fixed term contract, until at least 30th September 2021.
As Property Services Scheduler, you will provide Administrative and Operational support to the coordination of property maintenance, trade staff diaries and property service supervisors. The successful candidate will manage and maintain the scheduling of emergency repair work as well as customer appointments.
Experience of working within property maintenance and diary management is essential along with strong IT skills as although trained, you will be required to use a broad range of software. Candidates will need to have at least four GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths and English and will also be required to be DBS checked prior to starting.
Interviews will be held on the 17th February 2020, applications therefore need to be made prior to this.
