Cornwall Marine Network has a new exciting opportunity to join our Senior Partnerships Project Manager and new team to become the Partnership Coordinator on the new ESF Employer Led Skills (ELS) project.
CMN is the Lead Partner of the £3.375 million Employer Led Skills Project. The project, which started on 1st April 2020 and is 3 years’ duration, will offer practical, flexible and effective accredited, non-accredited and bespoke training to up-skill and re-skill over 3,090 individuals across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. The project will support employers to address identified skills gaps across a range of business sectors, supported by funds secured from the European Social Fund. This role is part funded through the Employer Led Skills project until completion in late 2023.
The ELS Project Coordinator will support the planning, coordination and delivery of project activity, processes and events as part of the central project team responsible for the successful implementation of this partnership project. The post holder will build strong working relationships with all CMN colleagues, foster and maintain excellent relationships with key external stakeholders; including employers and the 8 local project partners, CMN members, businesses and networks, agencies and customers. The responsibility involved is high profile and requires a high level of team and customer interface, whilst maintaining appropriate confidentiality. The post holder will act as an ambassador for CMN.
Competitive Salary, subject to experience.
37.5 hours per week, permanent contract, and Company Pension Scheme
