Cornwall Marine Network has a new exciting opportunity to join our Senior Partnerships Project Manager and new team to manage the finance and compliance activity of the new ESF Employer Led Skills (ELS) project.
CMN is the Lead Partner of the £3.375 million Employer Led Skills project. The project, which started on 1st April 2020 and is 3 years’ duration, will offer practical, flexible and effective accredited, non-accredited and bespoke training to up-skill and re-skill over 3,090 individuals across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. The project will support employers to address identified skills gaps across a range of business sectors, supported by funds secured from the European Social Fund. This role is part funded through the Employer Led Skills project until completion in late 2023.
The successful applicant will manage the finance and compliance activity of the project. This will include taking a lead on developing, deploying and continually seeking to improve the project operating systems, processes and policies, including management reporting, information flow and management, business process and project planning on behalf of CMN in our lead partner capacity. This role is at the heart of the project, managing the administrative function, systems and processes, performance and quality expectations, with budgetary responsibilities and working in close association with the Senior Partnerships Project Manager, CMN ELS Project Delivery Manager, and CMN Business Administration Manager. You will ensure the 8 project partners delivery and financial claims are also at the level of compliance that will be needed for future ESF audits.
Competitive Salary, subject to experience.
37.5 hours per week, permanent contract, and Company Pension Scheme
