Production Supervisor in Helston

I am looking experienced Packing Supervisor to support and drive the growth of an established packing and distribution site.
The role is key to the business and very ‘hands on’, so you will participate in all elements of the packing and distribution process. You will be responsible for delivering a daily/ weekly packing plan, directing, and coordinating the activities and resources necessary for the packing and distribution of products to ensure delivery against KPI’s.

down records
• Completing shift reports
• Managing team absence, conduct, and performance issues
