Production Operative - Weekly Pay in Falmouth

An opportunity has arisen to join a world leader within the coatings industry.
 
You will be working with a team of highly skilled and experienced staff, to work within our Conversion or coatings departments.
  They have availability across both these areas due to rapid growth within the company as we exit the pandemic.
 
Applicants must be physically fit as this will be manual work, with the occasional heavy lifting and will be mostly standing through out the day whilst operating different kinds of machinery.
 
Full training will be given, and all PPE will be provided.
 
Applicants must be able to always follow written procedures accurately and ensure very exacting quality standards are met and maintained.
 
There will be different shift patterns with a rate of £9.50 and hour but the later shift will be paid at time and 1/3.
 
There is also an opportunity to earn more money if you are successful and go permanent with becoming multiskilled.
Experience within a similar industry would be beneficial.
 
Shift patterns will be:
Coating dept:
7:00 am – 3:00 pm Monday to Friday
3:00 pm – 11.00 pm Monday to Friday Payed at time and a 1/3
 
This will be a temporary to permanent position after 12 weeks if you are the right candidate.
Conversion dept:
7:00 am- 3:30pm Monday to Friday
3:00 pm – 11:00 pm Monday to Friday  Payed at time and a 1/3
 
This will be a temporary to permanent position after 12 weeks if you are the right candidate.
