Process Engineer in Lizard and Helston

A is required to work between a packing and production site on the Southwest coast .
The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to work day shifts including weekends and bank holidays when required.
Shifts will vary between 6am and 8pm.
What you’ll do:
•Servicing, fault-finding and fixing day to day plant issues
•Creating pro-active strategies to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our plant operations going forward. To include engagement with operators to drive autonomous working on lines.
•Responding quickly to breakdown requests from production and dealing with emergencies and unplanned problems in a timely manner.

Skills required:
•Excellent problem solving skills
•A pro-active approach to the daily plant issues you’ll come across.
•Sound knowledge of industrial mechanical maintenance with specific experience in electrical fault finding.
•Good communication skills and ability to work well in a small production team.
•Recognised Engineering qualifications
•LEAN manufacturing knowledge is desirable but not essential
