Playground Installer/Landscaper in St. Columb Major

We are a small but very busy Playground Installation company based in Cornwall who are looking to recruit another Installer for our hard-working team.
The role involves all aspects of playground equipment installation and maintenance as well as playground surfacing, landscaping, groundworks and carpentry.
We are looking for a motivated, hard-working individual, who is able to manage what is a physically demanding job. The job requires working outside in all weathers, all year round. It will also require working away at times for specific jobs where accommodation and meals are provided.
We are based at Winnards Perch, between St. Columb Major and Wadebridge where you would need to ensure you are able to get here every day.
This is a demanding job but a very rewarding one and for the right candidate will offer good long-term employment with good future prospects.
You must be an excellent time keeper, but flexible as we often have early starts to reach jobs on time. Professionalism is required at all times as we work within an educational setting for many jobs.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Organise and set up site safely
• Liaise with Customer, Suppliers and Delivery Drivers
• Work to strict deadlines to complete scheduled works
• Provide a great Customer Service
• Stay away where a job requires this could be up to 4 nights in a week – accommodation booked for you and meals covered

• Clean Driving License

• A DBS certificate (or willing to go under checks)
• Experience in using Power Tools
• Ability to work by yourself and in a team
• Problem Solving and a Can-Do attitude
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Capable of working under pressure
DESIRABLE QUALITIES:
• Experience of Construction/Groundworks
• Experience of installing Play Equipment
• Experience of laying Safety Surfacing
• Valid CSCS card
