A beautifully located hotel in mid-Cornwall are looking for a strong chef with extensive Pastry experience to join their team. You will be creative and have experience as a Pastry chef.
Our client, an outstanding Hotel and winner of various awards, are recruiting for a Pastry Chef to join their modern British kitchen and cook to a Rosette standard. Lead by an award-winning Head Chef. Here is an opportunity to refine your cooking skills in the pastry section in an outstanding setting.
The successful Pastry Chef will have had exposure to working within Rosette or equivalent background for at least 1 year, this is an opportunity to make your mark with their innovative menu.
- Will ideally have a Rosette or equivalent background, as stated above
- Will have experience in the Pastry section, making creative, innovative desserts, pastries and breads for all seasons
- Will ideally have experience working in a kitchen for a similar establishment
