My client in, St Peters Port- Guernsey, are seeking an experienced Cocktail Mixologist & Service staff to expand their friendly bar team.

Mixologists - Candidates must be a high-energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to customers.
Service Staff – Candidates must have wine knowledge and previous experience in a similar environment.

You will also upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.

Both positions are full-time offering 46 hours per week over 5 days
Salary starting at £22,724.00 per annum

Live in accommodation is available along with food which is charged at (Single) £350 per month. This includes 3 meals per day even when not on shift. Some of the accommodation has a shared kitchen, all will have laundry facilities and Wi-Fi.
A Bond (£150.00) and licence fee (£120.00) is taken from 1st months wage. The bond is returnable on completion of contract and accommodation is in good condition.
