MIG/TIG Welders in St Austell

Our client, a busy metal fabricator company in St Austell are looking for a Mig/Tig Welder for an ASAP start this will be reviewed at the end of the year. 

*Immediate Start*

You must be located in Cornwall to be considered for the role. 

Weekly ongoing role. 

What we can offer:

• Monday to Friday 0700-1530
• No weekends
• £24 per hour
• Temp to perm after 12 weeks - A possibility depending on the individual. 

The role and requirements:

• Assemble and fabricate metal components based on drawings and specifications.
• Operate welding equipment to weld metal parts together.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet standards.
• Use basic math skills to measure, cut, and align materials.
• Interpret technical drawings and diagrams to determine fabrication requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Needs Safety Boots 
• PPE.
• Must be comfortable with outdoor work. 
• Looking for individuals with enthusiasm, work ethic and ability to work in a logical and methodical manner.
