Mason

We have a requirement for a Mason operative, to commence work with us on a ASAP START to carry out the removal silicone within the external joints of the hospital and infill at this healthcare facility in Bodmin. This will be initially for 4 - 5 weeks but reviewed monthly. 

The appointment will have specific tasks to complete, solo, within a defined project plan.

Carry out planned preventative maintenance in accordance with schedules. 

We are looking for the Mason operative to work, undertaking the following tasks:

• Removal of silicone within external joints of the hospital.
• infill where the silicone has been removed.
• To be happy to work alone and as part of a team. 
• Happy to work at height.
• To be able to erect scaffolding. 
• To be able to use hand tools and silicon tools. 

You must have:

• Safety boots 
• Transport to and from the site
• Either IPAF and/or PASMA 

The hourly rate will be £13 per and we pay weekly. 

The working week will be -Monday to Friday - Standard 40 hours per week - There is also parking on site.
