We are looking to recruit a dedicated, hardworking and skilled Junior Sous and Chef de partie to join our client’s high-volume establishment serving breakfast, lunch and dinner set in a popular North Coast Village of Perranporth.

Our client is looking for a talented Junior Sous and Chef de partie who is looking for a new challenge and to help take the establishment on to the next level. 

You will ideally have experience of working within high volume, fast paced, establishments at a similar level. You must have experience of working with fresh seasonal produce making freshly produced dishes.

This is a permanent position and we are ideally looking for candidates who would be available to start from November.  

This role will involve a mix of straight and split shifts.

Live in is available for the right person.
