Imbedded Software Engineer in Redruth

Winners Recruitment are currently recruiting for a talented Imbedded Software Engineer to join a leading Marine Engineering company in Redruth, Cornwall.
The role will involve working within their design team and become a vital part of their vision to produce and develop globally recognised equipment and class leading subsea exploration solutions.
Essential Requirements:
Degree or equivalent in suitable discipline
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong communicator
Preferred Prerequisites
Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets.
Happy defining system requirements based on high-level discussion
Experienced in estimating development timescales
Proven experience in embedded systems design with pre-emptive, multitasking real-time operating systems. (FreeRTOS)
Familiarity with software development tools such as Make, GCC, Git and GitLab
Experience with STM32, PIC32, and ESP32 microcontrollers, and UART, SPI, and I2C busses
Experience building embedded user interfaces in HTML and JavaScript
Experience with systems using ethernet and RS485
Salary:
£45 to £65K
