HR Manager Band 7-8A in Plymouth, Devon, England

<strong>Wise Employment</strong> currently require a <strong>HR Manager Band 7-8</strong><strong>to work with the Human Resources team at the Royal Cornwall Hospital NHS Trust in Truro.   </strong></p>
<p>
This role will initially be for 3 months to cover the increase workload. This position will be a mixture of home working and office based.</p>
<p>
To be onsite for each vaccination site to provide required mix of strategic and operational insight</p>
<ul>
<li>
Recent NHS experience in a senior HR role is essential</li>
<li>
Responsible for the provision of high quality strategic and operational workforce for each vaccination site.</li>
<li>
Dealing with major incidents and outcomes, safeguarding and logistical concerns</li>
</ul>
<p>
This is a full time role working Monday – Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm and offers a competitive rate of pay.</p>
