We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Homes Division to assist our Housing Manager in the delivery of outstanding person-centred housing management, across our growing property portfolio.
Experience is not essential. Most importantly, you should be compassionate, empathetic, solution-focussed, reliable, approachable, and excited to learn about property management within specialised social housing.
Your role will be focused on helping tenants with their housing needs. This will include carrying out regular property inspections and “tenancy clinics” with our tenants and ensuring their homes are well maintained. You will also co-ordinate repairs and maintenance through our approved contractors and ensure safety certificates are kept up to date.
Your professional and personable approach will help form strong trusting relationships with our current Landlords and any future partners. You will be keen to assist the Housing Manager with project work and other duties, as needed.
You will need a full UK driving licence, and minimum GCSE grade C (4) or equivalent in English and Maths).
If you believe you have the qualities and attributes to join Havencare Homes and Support, we would love to hear from you.
If you would like an informal discussion regarding this role, please email recruitment@havencare.com in the first instance.
