Hotel Receptionist in Falmouth

Our client, a beautiful Hotel just outside of Falmouth, Cornwall, is looking for a Hotel Receptionist to join their friendly team. Duties will include managing bookings, liaising with other departments of the hotel, dealing with enquiries and any complaints if necessary.

Working hours – 40 hours, per week (including evenings and weekends).

Pay - £9.20 per hour

Essentially you will need –

• Driver’s license and access to vehicle due to the remote location (though there is an opportunity for live-in if you would be relocating for this role)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in hotel reception
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work under pressure to a high standard
• Great attention to detail
• Great teamworking skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Assertive, resilient, tenacious, hardworking, honest and trustworthy
