Hotel Receptionist in Veryan, Truro

My client, in Veryan near Truro, are looking for a friendly Receptionist to join their Hotel Reception Team.
The key focus of the role will be to work within the reception team to deliver the highest level of service from the moment the guest makes their reservation, right through to their departure.
The role is full time, 40 hours per week, consisting of an even mix of 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts.

You must be standards driven as the service given to all guests is of the highest level and importance.
Effective communication will be a critical element of this role and you will be dealing with highly confidential information.

You will be supported in all aspects of your role by the Office Manager, however you will be expected to use initiative and take responsibility where appropriate.
Driving is essential due to the location of the property.
IMMEDIATE START
This role offers an annual salary between £21,000 - £23,000 depending on experience, plus great company benefits and a share of gratuities.
