My client in Falmouth are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager for their Luxury Hotel & Spa
 
You will be responsible for working with and developing the team to provide an exceptional guest service.
You will achieve hotel objectives at all times by maximising occupancy, revenue and maintaining/improving the reputation of the hotel, continuously exceeding the highest possible standards whilst overseeing the smooth running for the hotel operations on a day to day basis.
Identifying and maximising sales opportunities, inspire, motivate and coach the team to improve and develop their full potential.
 
This is a full time permanent contract with an immediate start, and a salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience and 28 days annual leave.
