Head Chef

Our Client a Deli and café near St Austell are recruiting a Head Chef for their fresh local produce café. The kitchen serves brunch menu showcasing local foods.
You will be responsible for the kitchen, supervising all preparation and service while maintaining strict hygiene levels.
For this position, we are seeking applications from candidates with strong passion and enthusiasm for local produce and what you do. With previous experience in a similar position looking for a new challenge.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to...

Managing a kitchen team
Maintain stock levels and ordering
Create new dishes with senior kitchen team
Support all junior staff
Adhere to all Health and Safety
You must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekend.
