Head Chef in Redruth

Berry Recruitment is currently seeking a Head Chef for a busy café in Redruth. You will be the first in command in the facilities and will create and inspect dishes before they leave the kitchen. As a Head Chef you are required to control and direct the food preparation process, construct menus, plan orders, oversee the work of subordinates and comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
This is a permanent Full time position - 5 days per week including weekend as per rota +/- 40 hours
Working hours are 8.30am- 5pm
