Handyperson/Caretaker in Falmouth

My client, a specialist in the maintenance and management of various schools, are seeking a Handyperson/Caretakers to join their team based in the Falmouth area.

What we offer:

• £12.50 an hour
• Weekly pay
• Temp ongoing - after 12 weeks there is an opportunity to go Permanent
• Immediate start
• Accrue Holiday pay.
• Monday – Friday 7am – 3pm + Various shifts (NO WEEKENDS)

The Role

• Various duties where needed, all equipment to be provided.
• Lifting and moving deliveries around the site
• Mowing and maintaining garden areas
• Basic Maintenance tasks including fixing shelf's, painting and varnishing

Requirements:

• Driving Licence Required as you will be required to travel around on occasion to different schools but mileage will be paid at 40p per mile. Company van to be provided once gone permanent.
• Basic Handyperson experience preferred but no qualifications required.
• Previous history of working in schools would be a bonus.
• Enhanced DBS will need to be processed, but we can provide this.
