My client on the outskirts of Truro are seeking an experienced front of house Team Leader to oversee the waiting on and bar service during each shift.

The Candidate:
Enthusiastic and outgoing person that has the capability to excel in customer service
Experience working in an energetic, fast paced bar and restaurant environment filled with atmosphere
Able to work as part as a team, take and give instructions
Liaise with Kitchen Team to ensure smooth and efficient service
Previous experience within a similar role

This is a full time permanent role and the salary is dependent on experience, and will be discuss during recruitment process.
