Estate Agent / Sales negotiator in Liskeard

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and proactive person to join a well established Sales & Lettings Agency in Liskeard.

The successful applicant must have good written, verbal and IT skills together with proven experience in residential sales.

Hours
Monday-Friday 9am - 17:15
Alternate Saturdays 9am - 13:00

Business mileage paid with onsite parking.
Duties to include
Market Appraisal and Valuation of Property Preparing Sales details Prepare Sales terms/contracts Carry out viewings Liaison with applicants and vendors Sales progression Sales administration with backup from an assistant.
Uploading properties on to our CRM via Expert Agent.
Assistance with lettings and the management portfolio should time permit.
Some office duties.
A Driving Licence and car is essential
