Customer Service representatives in Truro

My client based in Truro are looking to recruit Customer Service Representative’s this is due to our client expanding. For this position you will have an excellent telephone manner and used to working in a friendly call centre environment. You will be receiving incoming calls regarding any questions or queries their customers have and making sure that these are sorted out and the customer is happy. For this role a prerequisite is that you have solid and competent computer skills.
The Customer Service department is open 7 days a week and you will be required to work 2 weekends out of 4. Rota’s are produced on a monthly basis and you will receive 2 days off in the week if you are working weekends.
This position is on a temp to perm basis and the hourly rates starts at £9.23 per hour.
