Customer Service Advisor

Our client, one of the leading internet providers in the south-west region are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Customer Service Assistants in the Liskeard area to assist with the day-to-day operations of the business.

An ability to manage customer questions and enquiries in a polite, professional, and empathetic manor is crucial. You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of support currently provided, whilst also supporting the wider organisation and it’s departmental requirements.

About the Role:

• Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday work
• Immediate Starts Available
• a minmum of a 3 month contract
• 10am – 6pm 
• £12 an hour
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Accrue Holiday pay

About you:

• Excellent telephone manor, with an ability to converse with a variety of customers & clients
• Confident and resilient
• MS Office knowledge and CRM Experience is advantageous
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Previous experience in an administrative/customer service environment is advantageous

Key Functions:

• Managing a large number of inbound and outbound calls and communications to customers and prospective customers
• Working with the Omni Channel platform – engaging with customers via social media, live chat, WhatsApp, SMS, email, and phone
• Updating customer accounts with all records of communication
• Assisting in keeping good communications between all departments, making sure the customers needs are being met, alongside the business needs
• Identifying customer needs, dealing with inbound faults, and diagnosing the issues customers may be facing – the first line of support there to provide solutions where possible
