Customer Service Advisor in Truro

We are currently seeking a new team member as a Contact Centre / Customer Service Advisor based in Truro on a temporary Full Time basis from 29th Nov to the end of December
There is also overtime and bonus pay available so if you want to earn some great money on the run up to Christmas with weekly pay please get in touch!
One week training is to held week commencing 29th Nov on site in Truro.
Are you from a Customer Service background, have good Data Base / IT Skills and love to speak to people and provide excellent customer service? If so we would love to hear from you!
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:
- Taking inbound Customer queries with regards to product enquiries and products ordered
- Tracking parcels to delivery
- Processing returns
- Updating the Database accurately

The company are open 7 days a week, hrs are 9am to 530pm, with working one full weekend a month and half a weekend per month
The hourly pay rate is £9.12 per hr then 10% bonus paid once contracted hrs are hit (37 hrs) - £10.03 per hour
Overtime pay is £20.06 per hour with plenty of overtime available
