Customer Service Administrators in Plymouth

We urgently require Customer Service Administrators to work with one of the UKs leading parcel distribution companies on long term temporary contracts that will become permanent for the right candidates.
If you put the customer’s requirements first and have experience in a fast paced call centre environment then this is the job for you.
You will be a fast learner with good IT/Data Entry skills as there is a lot to learn and lots of systems to get to grips with. It is important that all candidates are comfortable using multiple screens to deliver the best outcome and resolution.
You will have a resilient character that remains calm, collected and approachable on every call.
These are full time positions 34 hours per week between 0800hrs to 1800hrs Mon to Sat
Pay £9.20 per hour plus holiday pay. Weekly paid.
