What your day will look like:
Engaging and advising customers on their queries and solutions to their problems predominately via telephone. Liaising with your team to discuss how to deliver excellent customer service and what strategies can be put in place. Reporting to your Team Leader on the day’s events.
What we need:
An enthusiastic and confident manner with an ability to remain calm in challenging situations. Strong telephone customer service experience and communication skills. An applicant with the desire to deliver exceptional customer service in line with our client’s core values.
What you will receive in return:
The position is full time (40 hours a week, with a one hour break everyday) working over seven days. Currently Customer Care Advisors work approximately two weekend days (either one full weekend or two separate weekend days) over a four week period. The monthly rotational shift pattern is 8am-8pm. The four shifts are 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm.
