Community support worker in St Austell

We are a social and supportive team that put our clients at the heart of all we do.
Duties include visiting clients in their own homes to offer care and support. Visits will be anything from 30 mins to over an hour.
Driving is an essential requirement.
Experience desirable but not essential as we provide training.
