My client on the outskirts of Falmouth is searching for a Commis Chef to join their kitchen team.

Commis Chef Requirements:
To ensure that Service Standards are in line with Brand Strategy and The Company business objectives.
To assist in the daily preparation of MEP for a section within the kitchen
To ensure stock within the business is managed to the agreed levels consistently and professionally, in conjunction with the Head Chef
To ensure that all staff you are working with do so in a safe manner complying with Company and legal requirements – ensuring risks to you and others are minimised.
Ensure temperatures are taken in accordance with Food Policy

This position is a full-time permanent position offering an annual salary between £18,000 - £20,000 plus a generous monthly service charge addition and company benefits.
 
You will need to have access to own vehicle due to remote location.
